This Patient was admitted to ITU for respiratory support, initially for optiflow but required intubation and ventilation. He completed one week of tazocin and tamiflu. He did not require inotropes or vasopressors during ITU admission. He was successfully extubated and gradually weaned from BIPAP to nasal cannula. He was fit for ward level management. On the ward his oxygen continued to be weaned and he mobolised independently without oxygen. He improved significantly with complete resolution of inflammatory markers and no oxygen requirement. He was discharged with no medications. Advice given to ensure family members have self isolated for 14 days. #COVID19
