49 y/o male pharmacist with PMH of HTN presented with initial symptoms of cough. Others symptoms developed over the next 3-4 days: flu like symptoms, cough, sore throat and mild shortness of breathe. No travel history outside the US. He present to the ER and was tested for flu and Covid19 and sent home to self-quarantine. The next day, patient was informed that flu results were negative and he self-dosed with chloroquine one tab but symptoms got worse. Two days later, he was confirmed to be #Covid19 positive, at which point he increased his dose and took 2 tabs daily for 7 days. Patient is currently symptom free with residual cough.
