This was an incidental finding in a 36-year-old male patient. He had presented with epigastric pain in the ER and after a clinical examination and initial management, he was sent to the department of radiology for imaging. On USG imaging, no abnormality was noted with the exception of this cystic lesion. Colour Doppler revealed this. On further enquiry, he gave a history of trauma to the RUQ a few years back. What is this? Name the sign.
