Cor fat-sat post-Gad T1 MRI in the same patient, recently diagnosed with leukemia, which caused the diffuse marrow abnormalities (with partial epiphyseal sparing). The distal femoral metaphysis has decreased enhancement (yellow), periosteal reaction (blue), and soft tissue edema (white) that was due to acute bone infarction from steroid therapy, but infection must be considered. #FridayQuizDay
