DID YOU THINK of 🇹 🇺 🇧 🇪 🇷 🇨 🇺 🇱 🇴 🇸 🇮 🇸 ❓❓❓❓
Yes! Of course I did... Patient was put on ATT.. But he passed away same day, missed diagnosis by earlier physician, worsened his condition. Strangely he was being treated for bacterial pneumonia, the day he showed up in my opd. Was already gasping for breath,.
As an aside and a professional point, can you please type in normal characters? This becomes difficult to search or even impossible at times. Apart from that, if someones phone doesn't recognize it, it won't show up. I can't think of a reason to use the odd characters (in circles, or squares, or others)
Tuberculose cavitaire multiples ( presence de moltiples clareté arrondie avec des nodules et micronodules) ?!
Bronconeumonia, cualquier germán pudo haberlo producido. No descarto gramnegativos...!

I think is BPCO diagnosis
What's the diagnosis?
Suspected TB, unsure if it was ever confirmed. OP states that patient passed away day after coming in for treatment (was previously being treated for bacterial pna by other doctor.) You can read his whole comment below, its under the minimized comment.
It was most likely a case of, Pulmonary tuberculosis. ESR, which I missed to mention in the case description, was around 118mm.
