64F with ovarian cancer and carcinomatosis presents with abdominal distention, pain, and multiple episodes of N/V which have been worsening for the last month. Dx is gastric outlet obstruction due to carcinomatosis. Surgery was consulted for possible gastrojejunostomy. However, she is a poor surgical candidate, and will get a feeding Jejunostomy tube and a venting Gastrostomy tube instead of a full gastrojejunostomy.
