Tympanic membranes of 7yo male with decreased hearing
This photo shows the tympanic membranes of 7yo male with decreased hearing(Rt ear). The type of tympanogram curve was 'B' as expected. Unexpectedly, there was weird direction of 'hand of malleus' in right ear. His right ear auricle was small and EAC was also narrowed. Is this a kind of malformation in auditory ossicles? I wonder anyone has experienced this kind of problem.
