Fracture of the anterior and posterior column of the acetabulum 3D reconstruction
both column acetabular #
Which pelvic plates would you use for this quadrilateral surface fracture?
Likely an anterior column plate through and ilioinguinal approach. There is a posterior wall fracture as well so may need a combined anterior / posterior.
Last time I saw a similar fracture pattern and a pre-contoured quadrilateral titanium plate was used with a modified Stoppa approach
Likely not titanium (not strong enough). You could use a precontoured stainless steel J plate and a supplemental stoppa if required.

Oh my. Someone's going to need pelvic floor physio after this all heals.
That just made me wiggle my hips, can't imagine the pain level. Ack!
