Female 71 years old with mediastinal neoplasm infiltrating the superior vena cava and right atrium (histology: thymoma type A). Clinical history: DM type 2, hypertension, multiple allergies. Necrotic hemorrhagic blisters have appeared in upper limbs probably in insulin/heparin injection points. LAB: INR 1.13 PLT 74.000/mmc. Any idea?
