Sag T1 MR shows massive enlargement of the tongue due to progressive macroglossia secondary to lymphatic obstruction. This is a rare cx of oral surgery/neurosurgery thought to be due to a mechanical obstruction of venous or lymphatic drainage. Cx include airway obstruction & injury. #NeuroWednesday
